Assessments

Ethan understands the importance of documenting everything and will collect personal information regarding your health, previous exercise experience, and fitness goals.  In addition you will receive a complimentary 30-minute fitness assessment.

The purpose of the fitness assessment is to determine your strengths and/or weaknesses. It will pinpoint your muscular imbalances enabling Ethan to develop a program that is unique to your specific needs. The assessment will also create a baseline measurement for you to reference in the future.

A typical assessment will include:

  • Vitals - Height, Weight, Resting Heart Rate, Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Percent Body Fat vs. Lean Mass
  • Body Circumferences
  • Cardiovascular Efficiency Test
  • Muscular Strength/Endurance Tests
  • Flexibility Test
  • Postural and Movement Analysis
Every workout with Ethan will be recorded and you can expect periodic re-assessments because "you can't know where you're going until you know where you've been".
