Group Fitness | Ethan Carter Fitness

Group fitness is Ethan's greatest passion in the world of exercise! He loves the sense of community, energy, camaraderie, and teamwork that drives and inspires people to push themselves. No matter how many certifications and/or clients Ethan acquires he always enjoys teaching group classes!

Ethan's classes are multi-level with options so you can choose what is best for you. Whether you're a new-comer or a seasoned veteran you will get a great workout! Ethan's philosophy is to train and be challenged while having FUN, lots and lots of fun!

Class formats include:

  • Indoor Cycling, Spin
  • Sculpt (Body Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt, Total Body Conditioning, 20/20/20, etc.)
  • Boot Camp
  • Circuit
  • Athletic Training, Sports Conditioning
  • BOSU
  • Balls, Bands, and Discs
  • Pilates Mat
  • Jump Rope, Jump & Pump
  • Treadmill, Outdoor Running

Some very popular 60-minute workouts have included combining two 30-minute segments of classes.  For instance, a "Pilates Bootcamp" entails 30-minutes of classic matwork followed by 30-minutes of bootcamp.

Classes are taught to a minimum of 5 people.  If you coordinate a group of friends Ethan will travel to you.  Site locations may include a public park, beach strand, your backyard or garage.  Ethan can help select the location.
