Personal training will help you lose weight, gain strength, burn fat, and change your body composition.  Perhaps you want to reduce pain or improve your athletic performance, Ethan can develop an effective program to meet your needs.  Whatever your goal, Ethan will help you reach it.

Every individual receives a unique program design.  All workouts will be progressive and functional... Ethan does not use traditional weight-training machines, he prefers dumbbells, tubing, and balance toys.  You will target short-term and long-term goals and can expect periodic fitness assessments to gauge progress.

Sessions are available as private and/or partner training.
